At Cascadia Planning + Development Services, our staff is accredited with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and has a wide range of private sector and public project experience. We care deeply about the success of our projects and always ensure that we are responsive to our client needs.
Cascadia prepares land use applications and coordinates with city, county, and state agencies for the approval of development projects. We carefully evaluate project feasibility and offer creative site design solutions when meeting our client goals.
